TFN Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for return (exchange) of goods

Principle: All returns (exchanges) cannot affect secondary sales. For returns (exchanges) that affect secondary sales, TFN does not assume the responsibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The following matters will affect the secondary sales of products:

  • The original product label and hangtag are displaced or torn.
  • Products, warranty cards, accessories, product gifts, etc. are missing.
  • The product label is damaged, the outer packaging is damaged or lost.
  • Product quality problems caused by the buyer's misuse, collision, negligence, modification, incorrect installation, unauthorized maintenance, etc.

2. General rules for returns

  • Buyers can submit a return application to Party B within 15 days after receiving the goods to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and follow the product return instructions below. Please include the RMA number on your invoice and shipping manifest. The RMA is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
  • After TFN confirms and issues the RMA number to the buyer, the buyer needs to send the goods back to TFN and inform TFN of the return method, waybill number, and refund account number.
  • Once TFN has received your return and inspected it, we will notify you within 24 hours that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Once the refund is approved, TFN will refund the money to the buyer within 5 working days.

3. General rules for exchanges

Buyers can submit an exchange application to TFN within 30 days after receiving the goods. After TFN confirms, the buyer needs to send the goods back to TFN and inform TFN of the return shipping method and waybill number. After TFN receives the goods, the reissued goods will be sent out together with the next batch of orders.

4. After the customer successfully applies for return (exchange) of goods, the items that must be returned with the goods include but are not limited to the original packaging, warranty cards, accessories, product gifts, etc., so as not to affect secondary sales.

5. Fees
If the goods are returned (exchanged) due to quality problems of the product itself, all return (exchange) costs shall be borne by Party B; if goods are returned (exchanged) due to other reasons, all return (exchange) costs shall be borne by Party A.

6. Circumstances in which this clause does not apply

  • Products that affect secondary sales as described in 1.
  • Goods that exceed the return (exchange) period stipulated in these Terms
  • Party B has made it clear to Party A that it does not support the return (exchange) of goods.
