T200K

What types of networks can the T200K test?

The T200K is designed for 10M/100M/1000M Ethernet networks over both fiber (SFP) and copper (RJ45). It supports testing up to Layer 4, including VLAN, MPLS, and IPv4/IPv6 traffic, making it suitable for enterprise, data center, metro Ethernet, and ISP environments.

Does it support automated compliance testing?

Yes, the T200K includes automated test suites for RFC 2544 (throughput, latency, frame loss, back-to-back) and ITU-T Y.1564 (Ethernet service activation). These are pre-configured for quick, standards-based validation of network performance and SLA compliance.

How long does the battery last?

The built-in lithium-ion battery provides over 4 hours of continuous operation on a full charge. The device can also be powered via the included AC adapter for extended use in lab or indoor settings.

Can I connect the T200K to a PC for remote control?

Yes, the T200K supports USB connectivity for data transfer and offers PC remote control capabilities. You can manage tests, import/export configurations, and analyze results using compatible software.

What is included in the warranty?

TFN offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment. The warranty covers repair or replacement but does not extend to damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidents.

T3000A

What types of networks can the T3000A test?

The T3000A is designed for Ethernet networks ranging from 10M to 10G, including LAN, WAN, carrier Ethernet, data center interconnects, and IP/MPLS networks. It supports optical, electrical, and 10G SFP+ interfaces.

Can I test live networks without disrupting service?

Yes. The T3000A supports non-intrusive penetration testing and online monitoring, allowing you to diagnose issues while the network remains operational.

Does it support automated testing and report generation?

Absolutely. The tester includes automated test suites (RFC2544, Y.1564) and can generate detailed PDF/HTML reports, which can be exported via USB or FTP for further analysis.

How long does the battery last during field use?

The built-in lithium battery provides over 4 hours of continuous operation, sufficient for extended field testing sessions. It also supports charging during use via the AC adapter.

Can T3000A upgrade?

The S5 comes with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer a loaner unit service during repair periods to ensure no work interruption. Lifetime technical support is provided via email, phone, and online resources.
