TFN Warranty Policy
Standard Warranty Coverage
TFN offers a warranty on products over $100 and no warranty on products under $100.
The length of the warranty period varies by product. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer service team for specific warranty information.
Warranty Coverage Conditions
- The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation or unauthorized repairs.
- Warranty coverage may be void if the product has been altered or tampered with in any way.
- Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and covered by warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact the TFN customer service team to report the issue and provide details about the product.
- The TFN customer service team will guide you through the warranty application process, which may include providing additional information or documentation.
- If necessary, you may be required to return defective products for inspection or repair.
Different Warranty Situations
- Repairable during the warranty period + local support center
TFN will provide parts free of charge. Shipping costs, duties and miscellaneous charges are borne by the buyer.
- Out of warranty + repairable by local support center
TFN does not provide free accessories, and buyers need to purchase accessories according to the accessories price list. Shipping costs, duties and miscellaneous charges are borne by the buyer. - During the warranty period + cannot be repaired at the local support center
The product needs to be sent back to TFN's maintenance center in China. TFN is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and repair fees, and the buyer is responsible for shipping, duties, and miscellaneous charges.
- Out of warranty + cannot be repaired at local support center
The product needs to be shipped back to TFN's maintenance center in China. The buyer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and maintenance fees, round-trip freight, customs duties and miscellaneous charges.
- The local maintenance center is officially certified by TFN, and TFN will issue a "Global Support Center Qualification" document to the legal maintenance center. If you need help from a local repair center, please contact the TFN customer service team first. The TFN customer service team will provide you with the contact information of the local legal repair center.
- Any product that has not been repaired by an organization authorized by TFN does not apply to TFN’s official warranty policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
- This warranty policy is subject to certain exclusions and limitations permitted by law.
- TFN reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution of warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.
