The Event Map provides an intuitive graphical view of all detected events along the fiber link, such as fiber start/end, splices, connectors, and fiber sections. Events are displayed as clear icons arranged by distance, allowing users to quickly understand the structure and condition of the link at a glance.
The OTDR offers a complete event list with detailed information for each event, including event type, distance location, loss, and return loss. Users can easily select an event from the map or list to view its corresponding position on the trace, enabling faster troubleshooting and more efficient fiber analysis.
